Shopify Customer Service and Amazon Listing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shopify Customer Service and Amazon Listing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our Shopify and Amazon customers, as well as creating and maintaining product listings on Amazon.

Body Massager Australia is a leading e-commerce business in Australia with a focus on massage and well-being products. Our business is 4 years old and had over 70.000 sales last 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our Shopify and Amazon customers via email and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain product listings on Amazon, including writing product descriptions and bullet points, uploading photos, and managing pricing and inventory.
Monitor and track order and shipping information and provide updates to customers as needed.
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team or manager.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with Shopify and Amazon is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
