Shopify Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Service Representative for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a virtual position and the base hours for this position are from 9 am – 5 pm Eastern time (EDT).

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate and complete information about products, pricing, shipping, and returns.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Maintain customer records and order information in our Shopify store.
– Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
– Assist in developing and maintaining customer service procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
– Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
– Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
– Familiarity with customer service tools such as google sheets, Slack, or clickup.
– Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Pay:
– $400 base salary per month
– Bonus Potential
