Shopify Customer Service Representative (SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

We are looking for a qualified and proficient Shopify Customer Service Representative to provide customer service support while working remotely.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, an eye for detail and is super organized. The CSR should be able to adjust to the required schedule and metrics for the role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday can be between 7AM to 7PM UK time. This is for 5 hours per day or 25 hours per week.

Job Description:
• Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
• Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
• Providing customer support via email or other platforms specified
• Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
• Providing customer service and troubleshooting issues in Shopify
• Answering questions about products, shipping rates, billing issues, return policies, etc.
• Creating and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
• Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases

Requirements:
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist for Shopify is REQUIRED.
• Experience in using helpdesk software
• Understanding of how CRM works
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I3, or I3 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
• Ability to quickly process and organize information
• High attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
