Job Summary:

As a Shopify Store Design Specialist at Révasser, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our online store, ensuring an exceptional user experience and optimizing it for search engines. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for web design and a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly Shopify stores that align with Révasser’s brand guidelines and values.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to create an engaging and seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
3. Customize and optimize Shopify themes and templates to enhance website performance and user interactions.
4. Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
5. Conduct thorough website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or barriers to search engine indexing and crawling.
6. Continuously monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, SEO best practices, and industry standards, and make recommendations for website enhancements accordingly.
8. Collaborate with external partners, such as graphic designers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of website updates and new features.
9. Provide guidance and support to team members on Shopify design-related matters, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience designing and developing Shopify stores, including a strong portfolio of successful projects.
3. Proficiency in Shopify Liquid programming language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
5. Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
6. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
