Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about creating innovative eCommerce solutions and is proficient in Shopify’s architecture, including Liquid programming, payment gateways, and checkout functionalities. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Tagalog and English seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and customize Shopify stores (DTC & B2B) to meet business requirements, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
-Implement and customize Shopify themes and templates using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrate payment gateways, shipping methods, and third-party APIs to enhance functionality and user experience.
-Work closely with the design and marketing teams to translate business and marketing requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications.
-Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
-Provide technical leadership in Shopify development best practices, including code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
-Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to development timelines and milestones.
-Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce industry to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
-Offer support and technical guidance to junior developers and non-technical team members.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development, with a significant focus on Shopify platform development.
-Proficient in Shopify’s architecture, including Liquid templating, payment integration, and checkout customization.
-Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
-Familiarity with web development security practices.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Fluent in Tagalog and English.
