Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating custom pages and functionalities for various Shopify stores. You will also be responsible for developing custom features on our in-house themes and products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement custom pages, features, and functionalities on Shopify stores.
– Work on custom features for our in-house themes and products.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and JSON.
– Customize and optimize Shopify themes to meet client requirements.
– Collaborate with our design and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify stores.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development.
– Work within the Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
– Knowledge and good understanding of Shopify’s architecture
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and JSON.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with the Agile development framework.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
– Comfortable using Slack and Notion for team communication and project management.
