Nectar is seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. As a Shopify Developer, you will play a crucial role in content management and implementing/optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to create seamless, high-performing online stores that exceed client expectations.

**** Starting salary is $1,100/month then after 90 days you will be paid $1,300/month ****
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with team member designers and developers to understand business objectives, requirements, and brand identity.
-Populate Shopify themes and templates with content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
-Configure Shopify apps and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
-Implement best practices for Shopify SEO, including optimizing site structure, content, and metadata.
-Perform quality assurance testing to ensure website functionality, performance, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
-Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Shopify websites, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify best practices, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
-Communicate effectively with team members, to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as a Shopify content manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Shopify-based projects.
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid programming language.
-In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform features, APIs, and integrations.
-Experience with responsive web design principles and techniques.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing concepts (preferred).
