About Us
Thails is a fully remote web development agency (from the very start, c*vid didn’t make us do it) with its headquarters in Amsterdam. Our clients are mostly European and from the US, but our support doesn’t know any borders. Where we do put boundaries, though, is on our platforms: We focus on Shopify and Shopify Plus customers. We redesign their websites for growth, customize them to their wishes and optimize conversion to the max.
Cool brands deserve top-notch eCommerce experiences, so they can make their customers happy and the world a better place. That’s what we are here for.
Our team of six is currently handling some industry-leading brands (like Absolut Elyx and Gooseberry Intimates, just to name a few) and we are looking for your support!
What you’ll do
– Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and templates.
– Implement responsive and visually appealing web designs that enhance user experience and ensure optimal performance.
– Collaborate with our team of designers, project managers, and other developers to provide high-quality solutions for clients.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify websites, apps, and integrations.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, APIs, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
– Deliver projects on time, ensuring they meet both client and agency standards.
What we’re looking for
– Proven experience in developing and maintaining Shopify websites
– Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid programming language.
– Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
– Experience with Shopify APIs, third-party integrations, and popular e-commerce apps.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
– High coding standards: ability to write clean and re-usable code
– Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
– Knowledge of project management/comms tools like Asana and Slack or willing to learn them
