Job Description:
As our Shopify Dropshipping Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our Shopify dropshipping store. Your expertise in creating and managing ad campaigns for Shopify dropshipping will be instrumental in achieving our business goals. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our advertising efforts align with our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a drop shipping advertising strategy to drive conversions for our Shopify dropshipping stores.
* Create and manage ad campaigns, including ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.
* Conduct audience research and stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends and best practices.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
* A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
* Report on campaign performance and key metrics to the management team.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing advertising campaigns, specifically for e-commerce and Shopify dropshipping. Preferably Facebook or Pinterest experience
* Strong knowledge of ad platforms, including creating and optimizing campaigns.
* Familiarity with advertising tools and analytics platforms.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Creativity in ad copy and design to create compelling ads.
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
