Originating from Hong Kong, our entire team now operates remotely from the UAE to Asia, embracing a workforce of over 10 young, talented, and ambitious individuals. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
– Handling disputes on various platforms (In the future)
– Cultivating relationships with team members and suppliers
– Strategically managing disputes, chargebacks, and claims
– Engaging in effective communication with team members on “Slack”
– Utilizing your 1+ year of experience in Customer Service and managing disputes, particularly with Klarna and Paypal
– Utilize “Freshdesk” to manage customer e-mails
Requirements:
We are seeking individuals with:
– E-commerce knowledge and experience with payment processors
– Ambition and results-driven mindset
– Excellent written communication skills in English (C1 or higher)
– Proficiency or willingness to learn modern technologies such as Trello, Slack, GoogleDrive, Shopify, Freshdesk etc.
– BONUS if you have lived in Germany (or in the EU) in the past
