Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our eBay and Amazon stores. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in researching and listing winning products on both platforms and providing exceptional customer support. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely and allows for potential growth to a full-time or part-time role based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trending and high-demand products with strong potential for sales on eBay and Amazon.
2. Product Listing: Create compelling and accurate product listings on eBay and Amazon, including product descriptions, images, and other relevant details to optimize search visibility and attract potential buyers.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products to maintain a consistent supply for customers.
4. Pricing Strategies: Assist in devising competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability while staying updated on market trends and competitors’ offerings.
5. Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, handle shipping arrangements, and ensure prompt delivery to customers.
6. Customer Support: Provide professional and courteous customer support, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or refunds when necessary.
7. Feedback and Reviews: Encourage positive customer feedback and manage product reviews to enhance our store’s reputation.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
9. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with eBay and Amazon policies, best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in managing eBay, Shopify and Amazon stores is highly advantageous.
2. Strong understanding of eBay and Amazon selling platforms, including product research tools and listing optimisation techniques.
3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficient in written and verbal English communication, with a keen eye for detail in product listings and customer interactions.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
7. Prior experience in customer support and conflict resolution is a plus.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
1. Initially, the Virtual Assistant will work 3-4 hours daily, 3 days a week.
2. Hourly rates will be commensurate with experience and performance, ranging from $1-$3 per hour.
3. After 2-3 months, depending on the candidate’s performance and business needs, transitioning into a full-time or part-time role is possible.
