As an eCommerce Shop Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our online store and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate is proficient in English writing, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
– Product Listing:
Upload photos and create compelling product descriptions using our template.
– Social Media Management:
Upload photos and create engaging captions for social media posts to boost our online presence.
– TikToks & Reels:
Create captivating videos using trending sounds to promote our products and engage with our audience.
– Admin Work:
Export order information and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth order processing.
– Photo Editing:
Edit product photos professionally to enhance their visual appeal and attract customers.
– SEO Blogs:
Write informative and SEO-optimized blogs to drive organic traffic to our website and increase visibility.
Skills Required:
– Proficient in English writing with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Experience in product listing and creating compelling product descriptions.
– Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
– Basic knowledge of photo editing software to enhance product images.
– Understanding of SEO principles and ability to create SEO-friendly content.
Additional Requirements:
– Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new eCommerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
