As we expand our digital footprint, we’re in search of a motivated Shopify eCommerce Administrator with a strong focus on influencer outreach and management. This part-time, remote role is crafted for a proactive, organized individual who is keen on driving our brand’s online presence and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
-Shopify Store Management: Update and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring all listings, descriptions, and visuals are current and compelling.
-Email Management: Oversee the company’s email communications, including correspondence with customers, influencers, and partners.
-Influencer Outreach & Management: Lead cold outreach efforts to identify and engage with potential influencers. Manage ongoing influencer relationships, including negotiation of partnerships, coordination of content creation, and performance tracking.
-CRM Management: Maintain and leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer engagement and influencer collaboration efforts.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support broader promotional strategies and contribute to campaign ideation and execution.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on eCommerce and influencer campaign performance, suggesting strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for eCommerce, influencer marketing, and CRM systems.
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
-Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
-Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
-Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
-Previous experience in Shopify administration, digital marketing, or influencer outreach is highly desirable.
