Job Description

Job Title: Email Responder for TheHoopGang (Must be experienced with answering emails from Gmail and also understand how to use Shopify to track orders

Position Overview:
As an Email Responder for TheHoopGang, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relations by promptly and effectively addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to emails related to tracking, packages, and other customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Email Management:
Monitor TheHoopGang’s official email account daily.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback within a timely manner (within 24 hours).
Address customer issues related to tracking, packages, and any other concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer concerns by collaborating with the relevant departments within the company.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers to resolve their issues or concerns.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a professional tone and adhere to TheHoopGang’s brand voice in all email interactions.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer concerns and potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to implement changes or updates based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Customer-Centric Attitude:
Demonstrated empathy and a customer-first mindset.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively.
Time Management:
Commitment to working approximately 45 minutes to an hour daily to address customer emails.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Compensation:

$600 monthly for approximately 45 minutes to an hour of work per day.
