Shopify Email/SMS Marketing Lead

Salary: $400 per month with commission available (negotiable). Eligible for $0.15/hour raise every quarter and performance/holiday bonuses.

Experience: 3-5 years in email/SMS marketing in the ecommerce industry.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Shopify Email/SMS Marketing Lead to join our dynamic ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and managing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on driving conversions and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement aesthetically pleasing and effective email marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage ecommerce email funnels, including abandoned cart emails, welcome series, and post-purchase follow-ups.
Utilize YOTPO or similar platforms to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through reviews and feedback.
Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Suite or preferred photo editing software to support email and SMS campaigns.
Analyze and interpret data/metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive actionable insights.
Execute SMS marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage email and SMS sending limits to avoid spamming and ensure high deliverability rates.
Act as the go-to person for setting up and maintaining email/SMS funnels and scheduling timely marketing communications.
Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing within the ecommerce industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce email funnels and best practices.
Proficiency in YOTPO or similar customer engagement platforms.
Advanced skills in Adobe Suite or other photo editing software for creating marketing assets.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret and act on data/metrics.
Experience with SMS marketing, including compliance with regulations and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
