Shopify Expert

In this role you will be working across two Shopify-built websites (Click to view/ & Click to view/). You will assist in ensuring that the two websites are up to date and functional for customers to order samples, browse the collections and purchase online. You will assist in making the websites more accessible and easier for customers to use, improving the overall user experience and SEO.

Responsibilities:
Product Lauches – You will work with our product development and wider marketing team to set up products and collections, adding product information and imagery ahead of launches.
Product Updates – You will use Excel to import and export data and work with our operations and purchasing team to ensure prices, data sheets and all product information is up to date on the websites, ensuring older stock is removed and current products are refreshed.
SEO – You will assist the marketing team in adding new pages, blogs and content to the website to optimise our websites searchability, providing accurate, usable and interactive content for customers and our internal team to use.
PPC – You will join calls with our external PPC agencies and internal Marketing Coordinator and implement changes to fit requirements.
Aesthetic – You will work with our Marketing Team and Sales team to update and refresh the home pages of the websites ahead of sales events, launches and promotions to create clickable content and easy navigational tools.

Skills & Experience:
Shopify experience is essential – understand how to create new listings and blogs, update listing information, create, manipulate and update content and collection pages, change navigation and overall UX.
Data manipulation including analysis, import and export
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
SEO Knowledge optimising content and UX (preferred but not essential)
Google Analytics (preferred)
Proactive and task driven
Team player who is able to work alone to meet timely deadlines
