Role
Oversee all aspects of our dropshipping store’s operations, ensuring efficient, customer-centric processes.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

Lead, manage, and support the in-house team.
Hire and train new team members.
Maintain a collaborative work environment.
Track team KPIs and conduct weekly evaluations.
Product Testing Oversight:

Ensure smooth product testing processes.
Review and approve research team products.
Monitor product page and creative quality.
Supplier Communication:

Primary contact for suppliers.
Negotiate deals and maintain strong relations.
Product Page Optimization:

Enhance product pages to maximize sales.
Collaborate on new creative ideas.
Optimize the customer experience.
Media Buying:

Track and manage media buying KPIs.
Central contact for media buying activities.
Coordinate with media buying teams.
Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor and report on store performance.
Provide insights and recommendations.
Weekly reporting to the CEO.
Create SOPs and Loom videos for new processes.
Oversee customer support and handle disputes.
Qualifications
Experience:

Proven track record in e-commerce or dropshipping.
Experience in leadership roles in e-commerce.
Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Shopify expert.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Strong business acumen and financial performance drive.
Character:

Social, active, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
