Shopify Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Expert to join our team where we specialize in the sale of used mowers. As a Shopify Expert, you will play a vital role in driving our online business growth and ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management:
– Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
– Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images to accurately showcase our used mowers inventory.
– Regularly monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant strategies.

Organic Business Development:
– Utilize social media platforms, including Facebook groups and other relevant social media sites, to build and expand our organic business presence.
– Engage with potential customers, answer inquiries, and build relationships to drive traffic and generate leads.
– Implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote our used mowers, and attract new customers.

Order Fulfillment:
– Oversee and manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of customer orders.
– Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential issues or delays.

Requirements:
– Proven experience working with Shopify and managing e-commerce websites.
– Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Facebook groups, for organic business development.
– Familiarity with social media marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient order fulfillment.
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines.
– Experience with fulfillment platforms, inventory management systems, and order tracking.
