Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Efficiently manage order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Dropshipping Expertise:
Leverage your expertise in dropshipping on Shopify, utilizing tools like AutoDS, Spocket, and others to optimize inventory management and automate repetitive tasks.
Product Listing:
Skillfully create and optimize product listings that captivate customers, increase visibility, and drive sales.
Real Estate Network Integration:
Do note that we are a real estate network first. So the e-commerce aspect is only one part of the business. So, utilize your knowledge of the real estate industry to integrate and collaborate with our existing network, identifying opportunities for cross-promotion and mutual growth.
Shopify App Setup:
Set up and configure Shopify apps to enhance store functionality and improve overall performance.
UpPromote Integration: Utilize your experience in setting up UpPromote to implement upselling and cross-selling strategies that boost revenue.
Collaborative Team Player:
Communicate effectively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Analytical Insights: Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for business growth.
Social Media and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team by identifying products suitable for social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant, with a track record of successful dropshipping management and product research.
In-depth knowledge of automation tools and software commonly used in the dropshipping industry.
Proficiency in utilizing AutoDS, Spocket and other relevant Shopify apps.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and customers effectively.
