As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a Shopify Expert & Print-on-Demand Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
As the Shopify Expert & Print-on-Demand Manager at , you will be responsible for building and optimizing our Shopify store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing our Print-on-Demand offerings, ensuring that our products are perfectly tailored to our branding guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Development: Build and customize our Shopify store to reflect our brand identity and ensure seamless functionality. Optimize the website for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.
Print-on-Demand Management: Oversee the creation and curation of our Print-on-Demand products, including t-shirts, mugs, and other customized items. Collaborate with designers and suppliers to ensure top-notch product quality.
Product Listings & Descriptions: Create compelling product listings with engaging descriptions and eye-catching visuals that entice customers and accurately represent our Celebrity Art Prints collection.
Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Promotions & Ad Campaigns: Develop and execute effective promotions and advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Collaborate with our marketing team to drive traffic and increase sales.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website and campaign performance metrics regularly. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the customer experience.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries related to Shopify, products, and orders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shopify Expert with a strong portfolio of successful Shopify store development and customization.
In-depth knowledge of Print-on-Demand processes, including product selection, design, and quality control.
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.
Proficiency in managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Passion for art, design, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
