We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Shopify Expert and Creative Content Manager. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in managing Shopify websites and a creative flair to contribute to our brand’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our online store, uploading inventory, and seamlessly integrating apps and software to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Management:
Maintain and update the Shopify website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online platform.
Upload and manage inventory, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Creative Content Development:
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create engaging and on-brand visual content for the website.
Generate creative ideas for product displays, banners, and promotional materials to enhance the overall customer experience.
Brand Creativity:
Infuse creativity into the brand identity, ensuring that the website reflects our unique style and resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
App and Software Integration:
Demonstrate proficiency in integrating various apps and software solutions to optimize the functionality of the Shopify platform.
Stay informed about new tools and technologies that can enhance the online shopping experience and suggest relevant integrations.
Responsibilities:
-Managing Social media accounts( Instagram, FB etc)
– Updating Shopify website, listing product.
-Create Content for social media and marketing
– Respond to emails and make calls
-Organize calendar
-Perform market research
-Create presentations, as assigned
-Schedule meetings
-Book travel and accommodations
– Provide customer service as first point of contact when required. etc.
Requirements:
-Looking for someone who is very creative, and willing to grow with the businesses. Will have some projects that will be assigned as needed.
-Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Solid organizational skills etc.
