The E-commerce Specialist for Shopify oversees the daily operations and strategic growth of our online Shopify storefront. This role involves curating products, orchestrating product uploads, and crafting compelling product narratives. The Specialist ensures optimal inventory management and engages in active customer relations, addressing queries, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring a stellar customer experience.

**Duties:**
– Identify and source a dynamic range of products to enrich our Shopify collection.
– Seamlessly integrate products into the Shopify platform.
– Craft detailed and attractive product descriptions that resonate with our audience.
– Maintain a pulse on inventory, ensuring products are stocked and orders tracked.
– Address customer questions promptly and with a professional demeanor.
– Facilitate order processing and uphold high standards of customer service.

**Qualifications:**
– Demonstrated 1-4 years of proficiency in Shopify management or equivalent platforms (experience with WooCommerce, Weebly, Magento is beneficial).
– Adept at basic coding (HTML, etc.) and website administration.
– Strong communication abilities and a knack for customer engagement.
– Keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
– Capable of both autonomous work and team collaboration.
– Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
– Flexible work schedule adaptability.
– Proficient in photo editing.
– Proactive and deadline-oriented approach.
