Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Shopify Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to take our brand’s e-commerce site from $20k to $1M annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in web development, extensive experience in SEO, PPC, and CRO, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:
Store Setup and Configuration: Set up, configure, and customize Shopify stores to align with brand aesthetics and functionality needs.
Product Management: Add, update, and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure inventory levels are accurately tracked and managed.
Order Fulfillment: Handle order processing, shipping setup, and coordination with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
App Integration: Install and configure Shopify apps to enhance store functionality and automate processes.
Performance Optimization: Regularly update the site to improve speed, security, and user experience.

Digital Marketing:
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building to drive organic traffic.
PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for blogs, product pages, and social media to attract and convert customers.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, develop engaging content, and implement strategies to grow the brand’s online presence.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and Mailchimp to drive sales and customer retention.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to enhance the user experience and increase the percentage of visitors who convert into customers.
Technical Development:
Customization and Coding: Use PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and optimize Shopify themes and functionalities.

Customer Experience:

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and exchanges.
Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align business goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree (Masters, Doctorate, etc.)
Proven experience in Shopify management and digital marketing.
Strong technical skills in web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Proficient in SEO, PPC, CRO, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work full-time and manage multiple tasks.
