Shopify Operations Assistant – Permanent Work From Home

I am looking for a Shopify Operations Assistant for our growth marketing team who will help our client with their daily operations and business. You will be working with an organization that has an unwavering dedication to its craft and commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 60,000 per month
(Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results)

The Role:
– Look after their delivery platforms and ensure alignment across all their e-commerce channels in Otter – overseeing revenue, reading reviews, replying to reviews, cancelations, menu changes, etc.
– Provide administrative support on the backend store
– Clean up data in Shopify (i.e make sure descriptions are consistent, SKUs/QR/barcodes working, tagging, etc.)
– QA website functionality and site merchandising according to brand standards
– Administrate and handle product listings
– Assist in other tactical brand management tasks as needed (e.g. manage deals and coupons, update site and listing content)
– Assist in various fulfillment tasks to ensure smooth storefront operations

The Requirements:
– 2+ years experience working w/ e-Commerce brands – Shopify preferred
– Experience with Otter or similar tool (#1 importance)
– Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
– Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US-

Nice-to-Have:
– Customer service experience
– Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication
