Shopify Operations Assistant – Permanent Work From Home

I am looking for a Shopify Operations Assistant for our growth marketing team who will help our client with their daily operations and business. You will be working with an organization that has an unwavering dedication to their craft and commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainability.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 60,000 per month
(Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results)

The Role:
– Provide administrative support on the backend store – products, collections, promo and content, etc.
– Manage product data upload and content uploads for new product launches, updates, and promotions
– Conduct website quality assurance functionality and site merchandising according to brand standards
– Work closely with OPs team on products on and off and adjust autoship/subscription orders based on inventory
– Create merchandising and site feature analytics post launch to ensure feature is working as expected and no issues/bugs
– Build out landing page and blog posts through Contentful CMS
– Recharge support including bulk order updates, products, collections, etc
– Provide insights by pulling/organizing large amounts of data and identify trends, anomalies, and other notable indicators, etc. – using Google Analytics or similar
– Ensure CSS margins and padding are correct as per brand standard
– Build insightful reports on site performance and identify opportunities for improvement
– Implement proper SEO strategies, set up redirects, and ensure that their new Shopify website is optimized for search engines

The Requirements:
– 2+ years experience working w/ e-Commerce brands (Shopify is a must-have)
– Must have advanced strong attention to detail
– Has general technical aptitude for working with non-Shopify tech systems, Liquid code / HTML, etc.
– Has visual design intuition (i.e. ability to identify when something is “wrong” per standard)
– Experience with Contentful or similar CMS
– Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar systems
– Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication
– Should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where prioritization and multitasking are key to success (Experience in a hyper-growth environment is a plus)
– Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US
