I’m hiring for a full-time Operations Manager For My High-Velocity Shopify E-Commerce Dropshipping Business. You’ll be training along side me and eventually be managing a team of motivated individuals consisting of customer service/fulfillment reps, product researchers, graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and media buyers to help facilitate an efficient workflow and output.
Responsibilities:
-Creating Job Posts To Scout New Members Based on Company Goals
-Scheduling Interviews For New Team Members
-Analyzing Applicants Based on Their Interview Skills and Credentials
-Advising For Efficiency / Growth Opportunities In My Business
-Helping Optimize Workflows By Suggesting Software / executing on strategies that could increase productive output/management within the company
-Being the main point of contact between team members within the company to field questions and concerns
– -Must have the ability to set KPIs and discern SOPs for roles within company, so we can measure progress between team members and facilitate higher performance.
Requirements:
– At least 6 months of Project Management experience in e-commerce (shopify, amazon, ebay, or something similar) is mandatory
– Shopify Experience is highly preferred
-Asana Experience is highly preferred
– Must be flexible and willing to analyze output to determine if there’s a better way of increasing team member productivity, satisfaction
– Must have an overall attitude of Constant And Never-Ending Improvement
– Must be results oriented
– Must be willing to work with others in a team environment
– Must be comfortable working with achieving team and individual goals/deadlines
– Looking for positive-outlook individuals who are looking forward to working in a growth-oriented company
-Must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time Hours on certain days of the week if required, to work closely with the CEO.
Starting salary is also negotiable only upon those with exceeding experience in a relevant field, and has immediate recommendations on how to optimize workflows between team members, and how to recruit / manage talent. Bonuses/raises are possible, and even to be expected with longevity and proven performance. This occupation has a high income potential for those who show their ability to help with the tasks listed above over time, as the team expands and matures.
This is a remote position, so you are not required to report to any office. All communication will be made on Slack if hired on to the company.
We’re looking to hire immediately for the applicant that we feel can fit this role the most. There is no officially set training module for this role. You’ll be working with me so you’ll familiarize yourself in my business, and we’ll learn how to serve each other as the role progresses.
