Virtual Assistant for Product Uploads

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team to help us with product uploads. As an authorized dealer for various furniture and appliance brands, we need someone who can efficiently upload products to our e-commerce store on Shopify.

Job Overview:

– Upload products from various brands to our Shopify store
– Write/upload product descriptions that are accurate and attention-grabbing
– Updating product pricing
– Updating product inventories
– Optimizing product listings
– Understand that work will increase with growth of the business

Ideal Candidate Description:

– Familiarity with Shopify and mass uploading products via CSV files
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
– High problem-solving ability – able to get things done quickly
– Strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
– Takes pride in details
– Takes ownership

Pay:

Pay will start at $5/hour. We are looking for someone who can grow with our business, and as we expand, the hours and responsibilities will increase. Hours starting at 20 per week. If you believe you have more to offer, let me know, and how you think you can bring more value.

Requirements:
– Reliable

– Fluent in English, near native level in writing
– Fast, stable internet speeds

– Matrixify or other CSV product uploading experience
– Leadership experience
