Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shopify Product Lister. In this role, you will be responsible for adding new products to our Shopify site and managing data updates through exports/imports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify product listing, image editing, CSV imports, and possess advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Product Management:
– Add products to Shopify via both admin interface and CSV imports.
– Experience in adding products with and without variants.
– Familiarity with Shopify metafields for comprehensive product information.

Image Editing:
– Perform light image editing, including background removal, cropping, and converting images to the right sizing.
– Utilize AI tools and platforms like Canva for efficient image editing.

HTML Markup and Text Formatting:
– Basic knowledge of HTML markup for tasks such as bolding, line breaks, paragraphs, and bullets.

Excel Proficiency:
– Advanced usage of Excel formulas, including Round and VLookup.
– Ability to manipulate and manage data effectively using Excel.

Time Flexibility:
– Initially, availability during USA EST hours is preferred.
– Flexibility to adjust working hours over time as needed.

Trello Experience:
– Familiarity with Trello for task management.
– Quick learner if a Trello demo is required.
– Qualifications:

Proven experience in Shopify product listing and management.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication to convey expectations, ask questions, and set timelines.
Ability to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
