Shopify Product Lister/VA – E-Commerce Specialist

Hi Dear,

For our Dutch Dropshipping business we are looking forward to hit 7 figures this year. Therefore we are looking for a highly developed Shopify Lister with experience in Dropshipping in Shopify to be part of a new team in our organization, this is for a long term application

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word “Apple” before you introduce yourself. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.

Please answer the following questions, if you are interested.

– Do you have experience working with Shopify?
– Do you have experience with preparing products so that they are ready to be advertised with?
– Do you have experience in Google Spreadsheets?
– Have you ever used Slack or Discord for communication?
– Are you available for 2-3 hours a day, 7 days a week?

As a Shopify Lister you have:

– Experience in Shopify (with a proven track record of building high-converting product pages)
– Experience with ChatGpt
– Experience with DeepL
– Experience with Discord/Slack
– Skilled in Canva for editing creatives and product photos.
– Experience with Google Drive
– Good communication skills
– Ensure a structured approach to daily tasks and projects
– Contribute ideas and provide input to enhance business processes and growth.
– Speaks good English
– Background in dropshipping or e-commerce is a plus

Your duties will be:

– Preparing products in the process to launch on our social media platforms. (5 per day)
– Create and optimize product listings on Shopify to maximize conversions.
– Translate product pages accurately using DeepL to cater to diverse markets.
– Edit and enhance product photos and creatives using Canva.
– Utilize ChatGPT to generate engaging and relevant content.
– Communicating with team members who participate in the same process
– Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays.
– Updating the Google Spreadsheet with all products and following the instructions given.
