We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in high ticket mobility equipment focused on the US market.. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Product Catlogue Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow our online presence.

As an E-Commerce Content/catlogue Manager, you will be responsible for managing the upload and organization of images, collections, product filters, categories, and brand content. This includes handling content manuals and uploading videos. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing inbound calls and assisting with chatbot inquiries to ensure our customers receive the Click to view service. You must bring SHopify product catloogue management experience to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and upload high-quality images and videos for our product listings.
Organize and update product collections, ensuring proper categorization and filtration for an optimal user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all online content.
Handle inbound customer calls, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to chatbot inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
Keep up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and apply them to improve our online store.
Work closely with the IT department to resolve any technical issues on the website.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate and timely product information and availability.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce content management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in image and video editing software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
