Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shopify Product Listing Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce storefront. This role involves adhering strictly to a specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to post products on our Shopify platform. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the Shopify platform, understand e-commerce best practices, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings on our Shopify storefront following a detailed SOP provided in Notion.

Ensure all product information (title, descriptions, pricing, inventory, images, etc.) are accurate and follow the company’s standards.

Regularly update product details according to the SOP as necessary, such as price changes, product availability, or any promotional offers.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all product listings are optimized for SEO including using chatGPT

Analyze product performance and listings to identify trends, potential issues, and areas of improvement.

Assist in inventory management, ensuring products are appropriately stocked online.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings.

Maintain a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its updates.

Liaise with customer service for product-related queries.

Requirements for our future specialist!

Previous experience with Shopify, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT – Highly recommended

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs and checklists.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in e-commerce operations.
