Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Product Setup and Introduction Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on our Shopify store. This role involves setting up new products, managing variations and sizes, ensuring accurate descriptions, and optimizing listings for SEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Setup:
Create and configure new product listings on Shopify.
Input product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and tags.
Set up product variations such as sizes, colors, and other options.
Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and visually appealing.
Product Introduction:
Write compelling and informative product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product descriptions align with brand voice and strategy.
Upload and manage high-quality product images and videos.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and update product listings accordingly.
Manage inventory settings for product variations and sizes to ensure accurate stock levels are displayed.
SEO Optimization:
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags for search engines.
Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and ranking.
Quality Assurance:
Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, including variations and sizes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the inventory, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product introduction and management.
Provide support for promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce product management, preferably with Shopify.
Strong understanding of Shopify platform and its product setup processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
