Shopify Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shopify Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our two Shopify accounts and manage two staffs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales through effective ad strategies and possess a deep understanding of the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Account Management:
Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
Regularly update product descriptions, images, and other relevant details to enhance the user experience.

Ad Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage strategic ad campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and maximize conversion rates.
Monitor ad spend and adjust budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Sales Strategy Development:
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and marketing campaigns.
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase average order value.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, traffic, and ad performance.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or Account Manager, preferably with multiple Shopify accounts.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in managing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and Instagram.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
