We are a e-commerce platform specializing in pet products. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shopify Content and Backlink Specialist to join our team.

As a Shopify Content and Backlink Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online visibility of our Shopify store within the pet industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Shopify’s capabilities, a passion for pet-related content, and a proven track record in building high-quality backlinks to drive organic traffic. To have a proven track record in on-page optimization, building high-quality backlinks, and optimizing page load speed and health.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative blog content focused on pet care essentials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with SEO strategies and promotional campaigns.
Ensure that all content adheres to SEO best practices and effectively targets relevant keywords.
On-Page SEO Optimization:

Implement on-page SEO strategies on Shopify, including meta tags, headers, and content optimization.
Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance search engine visibility.
Work closely with the SEO team to optimize product pages and collection descriptions for improved organic ranking.
Backlink Strategy:

Devise and implement a robust backlink strategy specifically tailored for Shopify stores.
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry partners for backlink opportunities.
Page Load Speed and Health Optimization:

Analyze and optimize the page load speed of the Shopify store for an optimal user experience.
Monitor and enhance the overall health and performance of website pages.
Keyword Research:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords in the pet industry.
Stay updated on keyword trends and incorporate insights into content and SEO strategies.
Monitoring and Reporting:

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor the impact of content, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and page performance.
Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, backlink performance, content engagement, and page health.
Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in SEO, content marketing, page optimization, and the pet industry.
Implement innovative strategies based on emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content, On-Page Optimization, Backlink, and Performance Specialist, with a focus on Shopify platforms.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Experience in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headers, and content.
Experience in building high-quality backlinks and cultivating relationships with influencers and industry partners.
Familiarity with optimizing page load speed and ensuring page health.
Proficient in keyword research and analysis.
