Shopify & SEO Expert – Build and Launch and Grow Shopify Store – FULL TIME – Sr/Management Position

Alina Mae Maternity is a 9-years old, USA East Coast based e-commerce brand specializing in maternity products for professional working women. Our mission is to help working moms feel comfortable and confident throughout their pregnancies and beyond.

We are looking for a full time Shopify Expert with SEO experiences to build, launch and manage our Shopify store. This is FULL time long term employment.

What Will You Be Doing?
Essentially you will be responsible for our entire Shopify store, from build to growth. Either you have the technical skills to finish the tasks yourself, or you are able to identify and manage people to complete the project work as needed.

1. Web Store Development and Management
– Creating, launch and improve our Shopify store, including on-page and backend optimization
– Monitor and analyze website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
– Work with creative teams to optimize website, including landing pages creation, Email funnel development, optimize page performance, develop new modules etc. to fit business need.
– Working with our e-Commerce admin to manage and update Shopify product listings
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and products
– Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure maximum sales potential

2. Google/Facebook Ads
– Build strategy for the company’s overall growth
– Research about keywords, audience targeting
– Create ads and manage campaigns

3. SEO
– Technical website audits periodically
– On page optimization, keywords research
– Content strategy and article writing
– Link Building, Digital PR
– Outreach to other bloggers, influencers for content

Working Hours
You have the flexibility to choose your working hours
– 4am – 1pm EST (with or without 1hr lunch break)
– 8am – 5pm EST (w/ 1hr lunch break)
– 9:30am – 6:30pm EST (w/ 1hr lunch break)

Qualifications –
– Minimum 5 years working in SEO Expert or Shopify Expert
– Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including website design, user experience, and optimization
Familiarity with Shopify platform and related apps and tools
– Able to build, launch and grow a Shopify store from 0 to millions – either you can do it, or able to hire and manage people to do it
– Must have proven track record building, optimizing and growing a store
– Must be detail oriented, able to perform multitasks and meet deadlines
– Strong English Communication Skills required
– Experience with Amazon or other e-Commerce platform is a plus
