We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Shopify Site Assistant and Customer Support Specialist.
This part-time role is ideal for those who excel in a fast-paced digital environment and are looking to expand their expertise in e-commerce and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Site Development:
Assist in setting up Shopify sites, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Upload graphics to the website, maintaining a consistent and appealing visual aesthetic.
Create intuitive and user-friendly navigation menus to enhance customer experience.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer support via email or chat
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Facebook Ads Monitoring:
Qualifications:
Able to learn quickly and follow written SOPs
Fast, but efficient worker.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
Training Pay is $3.50/hr –
Pay Increase after fully trained and need no assistance
Competitive hourly wage, with potential for a full-time position and salary increase based on performance.
Working Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat. US Holidays 10am Central -3pm Central or 3pm Central – 8pm Central
