Title: Shopify Specialist
Reporting line: Chief Marketing Officer

Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with 3+ years of e-commerce and digital experience, specializing in Shopify. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in day-to-day monitoring, management and updating of the Tilley websites. This candidate will be able to quickly develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns and strategies that promote Tilley’s products for Canada, USA, UK, and Australia.
This role is to help drive brand awareness and execution within the digital space, driving direct-to-consumer traffic. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce team alongside a wide range of external and internal team members from digital media agencies to finance, sales, merchandising, marketing and brand management.

Job Requirements and Tasks
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and optimization of production listings, both new products on the existing platforms and new/existing products on platforms including back-end and front-end work
• Monitors and manages the website through Shopify – updates graphics, writes content, creates landing pages, promotions etc.
• Enhance product detail pages with enriched content and current imagery.
• Partner on DTC product launches and platform launches of new marketplace onboarding.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute advertising strategies on various platforms.
• Work collaboratively with DC and merchandising to maximize inventory performance.
• Work with the creative team to obtain and align to marketing calendars, and business brief and upload content.
• metrics while minimizing stock issues.
• Work with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and execute email creative and cadence for all DTC channels with Canada, USA, UK and Australia
• Communicate with DTC and marketplace support teams as needed to solve any outstanding issues, support open cases etc. across the organization, supporting fellow team members as needed.

Key Skills / Experience
• You have completed a recognized post-secondary degree or college program in digital marketing, communications or other relevant discipline.
• You have 3+ years of experience in Shopify.
• Experience in digital media operations and publishing on platforms Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Ads
• You understand the process of building and maintaining e-commerce websites.
• You understand copywriting for SEO and SEM purposes.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator an asset.
• Diligence and detail-oriented in the execution of tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while responding quickly to business needs.
• Strong organizational and adaptation skills. Strong communication and people skills

Other Information/requirements:
Wage: $1,000-1,300 USD per month, must have an active Payoneer Account to receive the payment.
Start Date: ASAP
Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, computer/laptop, headphones/microphones, and quiet working space for office meetings.
