Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency dedicated to bridging the gap between North American businesses and exceptionally talented remote staff in the Philippines.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Specialist to join our e-commerce team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our online stores, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase organic traffic, maximize conversion rates, and boost overall performance. Your responsibilities will include managing the online customer experience, maintaining the e-commerce calendar, and preparing insightful reports for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the marketing team to drive organic traffic and develop sales strategies.
-Optimize online stores continuously to maximize conversion rates and performance.
-Set up and maintain SEO to enhance the online presence of our website.
-Align and execute all e-commerce activities, including marketing, email, and digital campaigns, to achieve and surpass objectives.
-Own and optimize the online customer experience to increase retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
-Maintain a consolidated e-commerce calendar and ensure key initiatives and programs are executed with excellence.
-Prepare monthly e-commerce reports outlining insights and recommendations for key internal stakeholders.
-Update the layout, copy, imagery, and graphics on our e-commerce site to ensure consistency with campaigns and social media activations.
-Manage web design and e-commerce system implementations, including infrastructure integration when required.
-Liaise with the web developer to implement any necessary coding and development work.
-Schedule and communicate site maintenance as needed.
-Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts.
-Enter and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date.
-Ensure all products are categorized correctly and appear in the appropriate collections on the website.
-Manage product images and videos, ensuring high quality and correct sizing for the website.
-Measure site traffic and analytics, prepare statistical reports, and provide recommendations based on data.
-Coordinate end-to-end e-commerce experience and operations with the wider team, from inventory tracking to customer service.
-Plan out seasonal launches in collaboration with the marketing and operations teams.
-Work closely with the customer service representative to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Extensive expertise in Shopify Plus for both B2B and B2C operations.
-Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
-Proven ability to optimize online stores for performance and conversion rates.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret statistical reports.
-Experience with web design and e-commerce system implementations.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
