Brist Mfg., Bellingham, WA, USA is seeking a Certified Shopify/Shopify Plus expert to build and support Shopify web stores. You must be a fluent English speaker and writer and have experience and examples you can share with us demonstrating you have successfully designed and built 10+ webstores. This role also manages web support tickets and provides monthly audits of Shopify stores to ensure applications and themes are up to date and speed is optimized. The Shopify specialist works closely with the eCommerce team during new web store development to ensure design and functionality is meeting the clients needs.
SKILLS / ABILITIES
-Proficient with Shopify and Shopify plus platforms
-Understanding of Shopify apps, able to provide app recommendations when needed
-Comfortable meeting with customers and interacting over email
-Experience creating Shopify stores with wholesale channels
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
-Experience working in a collaborative decision-making environment, reaching consensus to deliver the best outcomes possible
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Fluent in English, effective communicator, both verbally and written
-Willingness to ask for help and communicate with Manager when requests are out of scope is a must
-Experience with Ruby/Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
EDUCATION
College Degree Preferred

Languages: Ruby/Liquid, Java, HTML and CSS
1 – 3 years customer service experience
