Shopify Store Manager

Our Dutch dropshipping business is growing really fast and we are launching many websites in different countries. Currently we have 4 websites. Therefore we are looking for a highly developed Shopify Store Manager with experience in Dropshipping in Shopify to be part of a new team in our organization, this is for a long term application.

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in communication. Therefore, please apply with the word strawberry before you introduce yourself. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.

– Do you have experience working with Shopify?
– Do you have experience with communicating with multiple suppliers?
– Do you have experience with quality checks?
– Do you have experience with asking for quotes and price reduction?
– Do you have experience in Trello?
– Do you have experience in google spreadsheets and Excell?
– Have you ever used slack/whatsapp for communication?
– Are you available for 6-8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week?

As a Shopify Store Manager you have:

– Experience in Shopify (MUST!)
– Experience with DeepL and Chatgpt (MUST!)
– Good communication skills – good English (MUST!)
– Experience with AliSearch or the AliExpress app (MUST!)
– Experience with google spreadsheets and Excell (MUST!)
– Experience with communicating with suppliers ((MUST!)
– Experience with workflows (MUST!)
– Experience with different communication platforms (slack)

Your duties will be:

– As a Shopify Store Manager your duties will be filling in the different spreadsheets for the products, ROAS
– Asking and checking the quality of the different products we sell
– Communicating with the team and update them
– Communicating with the customer service to update them about the products when it is out of stock or if something is wrong with it
– Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays!

* THE HOURS WILL GROW WITH THE AMOUNT OF WORK – IN THE BEGINNING IT WILL BE FEW HOURS PER DAY BUT IF YOU ARE GOOD THEN THIS WILL GROW!
* WORKFLOW IS PROVIDED THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS

* LIVE TRAINING VIA ZOOM IS PROVIDED AS WELL
