Hours: 8-10 hours per day
Compensation: $3 per hour (starting rate, with potential for increase based on performance)
Contract: Long-term
Days Off: 1 day off per week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shopify Store Manager to join our e-commerce team. This is a long-term contract position that requires a commitment of at least 8 hours per day, with the possibility of working up to 10 hours. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing Shopify stores, be highly motivated, and possess excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
Product Listing Management:

Create, edit, and manage product listings.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and optimized for search engines.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Order Processing:

Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management:

Keep track of stock levels and update inventory records.
Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
Marketing and Promotion:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Use Shopify’s marketing tools to create discounts, promotions, and special offers.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor store performance using Shopify analytics and other tools.
Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Website Maintenance:

Ensure the website is functioning smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Update website content as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and Shopify platform features.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
