Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shopify Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and experienced in e-commerce, specifically with Shopify platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and contributing to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Shopify store to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Handle customer relations, including processing refunds, checking on client orders, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Produce weekly sales and order reports and monthly performance reports.
Manage inventory and collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies.
Utilize Google Analytics and digital marketing skills to drive traffic and sales.
Design marketing materials and website content using Canva and Photoshop.
Develop processes for streamlining operations and training future staff.
Work within the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) zone, from 9 AM to 5 PM, five days a week.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, and Photoshop is required.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Front-end web development skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently, organize work effectively, and develop operational processes.
