As we expand our online presence, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Shopify Store Manager to oversee and optimize our online store and sales channels.

**Role Overview:**
The Assistant Shopify Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and growth of our online store, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and effective shopping experience for our customers. This role demands a blend of e-commerce expertise, digital marketing acumen, and a deep understanding of managing various sales channels to maximize visibility and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, and images, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
– Oversee all integrated sales channels specifically Google and Microsoft while ensuring brand consistency and sales optimization across platforms.
– Implement and manage inventory and order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media advertising, and promotional events to drive traffic and sales.
– Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends, adjust strategies, and improve overall store performance.
– Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to launch new products and promotions effectively.
– Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
– Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and sales channel opportunities to keep the store at the forefront of the industry.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Shopify Store Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing multiple sales channels.
– Deep understanding of Shopify’s platform, functionalities, and third-party integrations. Must have Google and Microsoft integration experience.
– Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational, self starter, and project management abilities
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
