Shopify Store Manager

Dear,
We are a growing 7-figure eCommerce company based in Netherlands. Our company is divided in 2 departments. Branding and Dropshipping. Right now, we are looking to fully automate the Dropshipping department and are looking for fun, efficient and smart VAs to help us expand.
Your responsibilities:
-You will add all products to each of our Shopify stores according to a Google Sheet timeline/process. This means exporting and importing products from different stores.
-You will translate the product description and text of product photos using deepl or Google translate for every country
-You will create GIFs from our videos provided by the video editor using Click to view
-You will create product photos with edited text in Photoshop (templates provided)
-You will make sure all the product pages look perfect and are ready to be advertised
-You will make sure variants and applicable SKU are updated
-You will make sure products are added to applicable collections
-Attend monthly meetings
-Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
-Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.
Results:
-Completion of tasks on or before the due date
-All products are uploaded correctly
-Achieve targeted KPI´s
-Perfect looking product pages

Marketing Requirements
-Working knowledge of dropshipping or E-Commerce industry
-Experience in Shopify (mandatory)
Technology Requirements
-Knowledgeable with basic photo editing in Photoshop or Click to view
-Knowledge Of Mac or PC
-Reliable Internet Connection
-Reliable Phone
Starting ASAP, you will work about 4 hours per day (make 15-25 product pages per day), following a complete guideline on how to do everything we need from you. This could be come more in the future if you want to!

We pay your hourly rate + bonusses based on KPIs. If your work is great, your bonusses will be great as well.
