We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our fast-growing dropshipping business. As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the operational excellence and growth of our company. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies that will optimize our operations and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Keep team well focused and track their KPI’s
– Weekly reporting with CEO
– Communication with the team
– Weekly evaluation meetings with the team
– Keeping track of store performances
– Thinks about structure of the company, optimization, automations to improve the overall business performance
– Creates SOPs and Loom videos to tightly explain new processes
– Is the center of the team, helps the CEO to focus as much as possible on the growth of the business. CEO’s right-hand man/woman
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership role in the e-commerce or drop shipping industry.
– Deep understanding of the dropshipping business model
– Pro-active thinking and working. You’re the CEO’s right hand so everything he wants and thinks need to be executed by you.
– Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence and business growth.
– Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
– Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
– Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
– (Preferably) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
