Shopify Store Manager- Long Term/Full Time (e-com experience needed)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Shopify Store Manager. As a Shopify Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and success of our Shopify store. This is a long-term position, and we prefer candidates with prior experience in e-commerce. Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential as phone calls and customer support play a vital role in this position.

Responsibilities:

Store Management: Manage all aspects of the Shopify store, including inventory management, product listing and descriptions, pricing, promotions, and overall store layout and design.

Order Processing: Process incoming orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Coordinate with suppliers and shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone calls. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations and guidance.

Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase sales and optimize conversion rates.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and advertisements.

Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. Regularly review and update product information, pricing, and images.

SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the store in search engines. Optimize product descriptions, meta tags, and other relevant content.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify new product opportunities, manage inventory levels, and ensure smooth operations.

Google Drive Applications: Utilize Google Drive applications, such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for documentation, data analysis, and collaboration purposes.

Payment Method: Accept payment via PayPal and process transactions securely and accurately.
Requirements:

Prior Experience: Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores or other e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with Shopify apps and themes is a plus.

E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.
Willingness to work hours of eastern USA (same time zone as Miami)
Excellent English Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential as phone calls and customer support are integral parts of the job.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the website is error-free.
Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Google Drive Applications: Experience with Google Drive applications, such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for documentation, data analysis, and collaboration purposes.
