E-commerce Operator & Manager

Do you have experience operating or managing e-commerce stores on Shopify? We are looking for a Shopify Manager/Operator for our store, My Perfect Scooter.

We are offering a long-term opportunity for someone interested in growing with our company, including promotions, upskilling, and increased wages as our store and team grows. We are looking for someone wanting to have a significant impact on our company and excited for the opportunity of managing a store and the employees under them. We have high standards and this position is best fit for someone who wants to push forward to new heights – we do not recommend applying if you are not an over-achiever, as that is a primary requirement and we will not be able to employee average-working or complacent employees for this position.

Qualifications:
-At least 2.5 years experience operating an e-commerce store
-Bachelor degree preferred
-Extensive experience in product listing and other Shopify components
-Proficiency in written descriptions and other written tasks in English
-Extensive experience in fulfilling orders for online stores
-Experience with Google, Bing, and Facebook ads is preferred
-Experience in operating Facebook page
-Photo-editing skills, including Canva or Adobe
-C1 or Greater English-speaking rating is required
-Minimum 2.5 years in customer service

Perks:
-Salary will be $900-1,300USD per month, depending on skills, ability, and experience.
-All Philippines holidays are paid days off
-Opportunity to advance and increase wage, as well as receive bonuses days off

Responsibilities:
-Managing entire Shopify store and team
-Sales and customer service
-Develop strategic plan for long-term e-commerce
-Create technical design guidelines and policies
-Suggest changes to store design, processes, and product offering
-Conduct research for new technologies to improve website and team performance
-Text and phone support for customer service (until hiring full-time chat support agent to replace this duty)
-Product upload and management
-Administrative tasks, including reporting daily to owner
