Job Title: E-commerce Store Manager
Location: Remote (must be available Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time)

is actively seeking an experienced E-commerce Store Manager to oversee our Shopify store operations. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, including a pay rate of $3 USD per hour, paid time off for 2 days each month, and the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses when store benchmarks are reached.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
A significant part of your role will involve working closely with suppliers. You will be expected to ensure stock availability prior to capturing payments from customers.
Your duties will also include managing and coordinating a small team of assistants, assisting in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic, and overseeing and managing cold outreach campaigns to drive new business.
You will be tasked with regularly reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness of the website and suggesting improvements. Moreover, you will manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing and reporting.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven work experience as an E-commerce Manager, with specific experience within the Shopify platform. A solid understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is also required.
Experience in managing a team is preferred. Successful applicants will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, and the ability to work full time, Monday – Friday from 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
