Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our Shopify e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of product creation, management, marketing, and order fulfillment to ensure the success and growth of our online business.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:

• Create Shopify store, and upload product listings on Shopify including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Maintain and update product information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor product inventory levels and restock products as needed.

2. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote products.
• Optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO).
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

3. Order Fulfillment:

• Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and delivery.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries related to orders.
• Keep accurate records of order status and shipment tracking.

4. Customer Engagement:

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Engage with customers on social media and address their questions and concerns. Solicit and manage customer reviews and feedback.

5. Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Research and identify new product opportunities and niches.
• Analyze customer data and sales metrics to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce and Shopify store management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Shopify, social media platforms, and online marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising is a plus.
