Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Store Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Shopify Store VA, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online store to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers, including handling translations as our store operates in multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
– Upload new products to the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing product images and banners for listings.
– Regularly update product listings with relevant information such as inventory levels, product variations, and pricing changes.
– Monitor product performance and make recommendations for optimization based on sales trends and customer feedback.

Order Processing:
– Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any inquiries or issues that may arise.
– Collaborate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any order-related discrepancies.

Customer Service:
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms.
– Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
– Manage customer returns and exchanges, following established policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for the customer.

Website Maintenance:
– Perform routine website maintenance tasks such as updating content, images, and promotional banners to reflect current promotions or seasonal changes.
– Utilize Canva or similar tools to create engaging visual content for website updates and promotions.
– Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and resolve any technical issues or errors that may impact user experience or functionality.
– Collaborate with the web development team to implement any necessary updates or enhancements to the Shopify store.

Marketing Support:
– Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
– Create visually appealing graphics and visuals for marketing materials using Canva.
– Monitor and analyze key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
– Generate reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience working with Shopify.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills, especially written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
– Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
